I’d say this is probably the most Korean-style clinic you can find in Dubai (it really feels like visiting a clinic in Korea.) They have Korean doctors, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facilities are excellent. Most importantly, the treatments have been very effective for me. I had a really wonderful experience at Yeppeun Skin Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I decided to try the Ultherapy for face lifting, it was my first time and I was nervous but the staff were so friendly and the provider was very knowledgeable. The environment is lovely, and the doctor is very professional. I especially appreciate that the doctor does not recommend unnecessary treatments just for the sake of selling more services. However, unfortunately, there is a noticeable difference in the level of professionalism when it comes to the assistants and beauticians. During my treatment, they kept forgetting things and had to go back and forth several times before finally bringing everything they needed, which made the whole experience feel quite unorganized and unprofessional. After my treatment, when I was about to leave, the staff at the reception desk were busy with their own tasks and didn’t acknowledge me at all. There was no goodbye, thank you, or even a simple greeting as I was leaving.
